This recall involves the Audrey lingerie chest in the white smoke color with item number AMH6584A. The recalled chests are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard that can result in death or injuries to children. Consumers should immediately stop using any recalled chest that is not properly anchored to the wall and place it into an area that children cannot access.
Fred Meyer Children’s Hooded Sweatshirts & Girls Bomber Jackets
This recall involves Kids Korner brand fleece hooded sweatshirts and girls bomber jackets with a front zipper, two front pockets, and knit ribbing around the wrists and waist. The sweatshirts were sold in 18 different prints and solid colors in infant, toddler, and children’s sizes 9 months to youth size 7. The zipper pull can detach from the sweatshirt, posing choking and laceration hazards to children.
NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter Nutrition Bars
Lifestyle Evolution is voluntarily recalling one shift of NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter nutrition bars. In isolated cases, a product with milk allergen was incorrectly packaged into Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter wrappers and cartons. The NuGo Slim Crunchy Peanut Butter wrapper does not list milk as an allergen.
Marin Mountain Bikes
This recall involves two Marin Mountain bicycle model years and model names: 2016 Pine Mountain 1 and 2017 Pine Mountain bicycles. The rigid front forks on these recalled bikes can bend or break during use or while jumping, causing the rider to lose control, posing fall and crash hazards to the user.
Newport™ HT70 and Newport™ HT70 Plus Ventilators
The ventilators were recalled after the manufacturers received reports that the ventilator may reset spontaneously during normal operation, without an accompanying alarm. The reported incidence of this condition is approximately one (1) reset in every seven million hours of ventilation. Following the reset, the ventilator enters standby mode and will not resume ventilation without intervention. In the event of the rare occurrence of a reset, healthcare professionals and/or caregivers are required to transfer the patient to another ventilator.
Xootr Adult Kick Scooters
This recall involves all Xootr adult kick scooters with the QuickClick push-button latching mechanism. The silver scooters are 30 inches long by 10 inches wide, and have a handlebar height of 36 inches.The steer support can break during normal use, posing a fall hazard to the user.

Lakeside Foods, Inc. of Manitowoc, WI is voluntarily recalling 1,920 packages of 16 ounce Season’s Choice Brand Frozen Peas packed for Aldi, Inc. distributed in 7 states because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
StrataMR Valves & Shunts
Medtronic has notified customers of a voluntary recall of all unused units of the StrataMR™ adjustable valves and shunts. These products are manufactured and marketed by Medtronic’s Neurosurgery business, which is part of the Brain Therapies division of the company’s Restorative Therapies Group. This recall only applies to StrataMR adjustable valves and shunts and does not apply to Strata™ II or Strata™ NSC products.

The item subject to the recall is 5 oz. Organic Marketside Spring Mix marketed in a clear container with production code G089B19 and best-if-used-by date of APR 14, 2017 located on the front label, and UPC code 6 8113132897 5 located on the bottom of the container. The recalled salads were distributed only to Walmart stores located in the Southeastern region of the United States.
The recall was necessitated when Fresh Express was notified that extraneous animal matter was allegedly found in a single container of the salad. Out of an abundance of caution, all salads manufactured in the same production run are being recalled.
